FAIRFIELD INN AND SUITES - EASTWOOD TOWNE MALL

DUFFY DAUGHERTY FOOTBALL - S.A.A.C. RENOVATE LOCKER ROOM AND TRAINING ROOM

The locker room and training room renovations entailed a complete renovation of each space, bringing them up to speed with the surrounding Scandalaris Building. The project included the installation of approximately 3.5 million dollars of construction in less than 5 months.

KELLOGG CENTER - REPLACE ABSORPTION CHILLED WATER SYSTEM

Replacing the existing steam powered absorption chillers at Kellogg with modular-electric chillers, was both a logistical and scheduling challenge. The existing chillers had to be taken out without removing any of the existing walls, all the while leaving Kellogg's cooling capacity intact until the last moment possible. Approximately 2.2 million dollars installed in 6 months.

The Duffy Daugherty Football Filming Tower provides a vastly improved vantage point for the football team to watch and record their practices. Another step in the college football "arms race" taking place across the country.

WEST CIRCLE HOUSING COMPLEX - INFRASTRUCTURE IMPROVEMENTS - 2014

The West Circle Housing Project was comprised of running new steam distribution to the various building's along Delta Court. These buildings included, Gilchrist, Williams, and Yakely Hall, as well as a new roadway for Delta Court. This high pace project saw approximately 4.5 million dollars worth of construction installed in 4 months.

BRODY COMPLEX UTILITY IMPROVEMENTS - PHASE 5

Phase 5 of the Brody Complex Utility Improvements project replaced steam distribution to numerous buildings in the complex. 4 Millions Dollars worth of construction completed in 4 months.

OLIN HEALTH CENTER - MAJOR MECHANICAL JIT UPGRADES

The Olin Health Center was unique in that it was functioning health care center that had to remain operational 24/7 throughout the various mechanical upgrades included on the project. This, along with the compressed construction scheduled, created unique challenges for the construction team. The largest of those upgrades being the replacement of their existing absorption chiller, and the installation of PRV stations on the building's main steam distribution line. This project entailed approximately 2.1 million dollar's worth of construction that was completed in 7 months.

ALFRED BERKOWITZ BASKETBALL FACILITIES

The trophy rack and technology wall at the Alfred Berkowitz Basketball Facility made this project truly unique. The 1979 and 2000 Championship Trophies reside in the new trophy rack and the 50' technology wall in the cooridor between the trophies and the Breslin Center is state-of-the-art. Approximately 2 million dollars of construction installed in less than 5 months.
